$82K - $87K + Super | Full Time | Remote About the Role An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Groups Consultant to join a growing inbound tour operator. In this role, you will assist in the planning and delivering group itineraries, ensuring seamless travel experiences for international clients. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone highly organised, detail-focused, and passionate about the inbound travel and tourism sector. Key Responsibilities Assist with planning and coordinating inbound group itineraries, managing the complete booking lifecycle Confirm bookings with hotels, transport providers, attractions, and guides Provide exceptional customer service from initial contact to post-travel follow-up Monitor group arrivals and support on-the-ground coordination as required Track deposits, payments, and confirmations Support reporting, documentation, and operational processes Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners whilst staying informed on the latest products and experiences through research, supplier training, and industry events About You 3+ years experience in inbound tourism and tour operations Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail Proven ability to manage client and supplier relationships Strong knowledge of Australian tourism destinations Proactive, solutions-focused, calm under pressure, and a team player Passion for inbound travel and delivering outstanding customer experiences What's on Offer Competitive Salary – $82K - $87K + Super Flexible Working – Remote working environment with occasional meetings as required Career Growth – Opportunity to build a career in tour operations and travel management Impact & Culture – Be part of a highly experienced and supportive Groups team Take the next step in your career!
