We are recruiting for the following position:Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization**Nurse Manager**The Nurse Manager is a clinical leadership role responsible for overseeing nursing operations and supervising clinical care team staff in a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting. Working collaboratively with the Clinic Manager and Medical Director, this role ensures high-quality, patient-centered care, regulatory compliance, and achievement of clinical quality and productivity goals.**Key Responsibilities:*** Lead, train, and evaluate nursing staff, medical assistants, and ancillary care team members* Ensure compliance with clinical quality measures, infection control, and regulatory standards* Support provider productivity (18–21 patients per provider per day)* Oversee daily nursing operations, staffing, patient flow, and care coordination* Monitor performance metrics, conduct audits, and lead quality improvement efforts* Manage patient concerns and promote exceptional customer service using the AIDET model**Qualifications:*** Active **RN license** in Washington State (LPNs considered with equivalent experience)* Ambulatory care and supervisory experience strongly preferred* Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred* Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and communication skills* BLS/CPR required (or within 90 days of hire)Fast-paced outpatient clinic environment.
