Responsibilities Provide exceptional service, promptly addressing guest requests with genuine engagement and thoughtfulness. Ensure guest satisfaction, including the prompt return of lost items. Prepare carts with all necessary supplies for efficient cleaning of assigned rooms. Dust surfaces, dispose of trash, clean bathrooms, and refresh bed linens and towels in guestrooms, ensuring every detail shines. Report supply levels and equipment issues promptly. Physical Demands Lift, carry loads up to 50 lb. Push and pull wheeled carts weighing 50–100 lb. Extend arms overhead, scrub, bend, and stoop for extended periods; work in confined spaces. Meet a daily minimum of 13 rooms cleaned. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
