Project Engineer

Support project managers and superintendents with day-to-day project coordination and execution. Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project documentation. Assist with scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and progress tracking activities. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain schedule and quality objectives. Participate in field operations and gain exposure to self-perform construction activities.

A successful Project Engineer should have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of construction experience, including internships or co-op experience. Exposure to commercial, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, or mission-critical construction projects. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Humble, coachable, team-oriented mindset with a desire to build a long-term career.
