Description Title: Central Processing Technician II Location: Fountain Valley Department: Sterile Processing Status: Full Time Shift: Day Pay Range: $22.50/hr – $31.57/hr Position Summary This position is integral to the mission of Orange Coast Medical Center. The Central Processing Technician II supports the Operating Room by maintaining surgical supplies and picking case carts, ensuring effective maintenance of the PAR level. Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job Safely and competently perform duties in maintaining OR supplies and picking surgical case carts. Apply lean principles to inventory management. Prioritize workload to meet operational demands. Contribute to an effective and safe working environment. Maintain tact, sensitivity, and composure under duress. Carry out other duties as assigned. Qualifications / Work Experience Two (2) years of experience as a Central Processing Technician in Surgical Services. Knowledge of aseptic techniques and OR/SPD supplies. Education / Licensure / Certification High School Diploma or equivalency preferred.
