Whether it's a quick bite before the back nine or a leisurely meal with friends, you'll help create memorable dining experiences for every guest.What You'll DoAs a Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to the menu. In this role, you will:Prepare and cook menu items to Magnolia Grille's high standards, following recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines.Assist with daily prep work, ensuring freshness and proper storage of all ingredients.Work clean and organized, maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.Monitor and manage food quality, taste, and appearance—adjusting as needed for exceptional consistency.Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, reporting any maintenance issues.Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations.Uphold the club's standards of hospitality with a positive, guest-first mindset.Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the kitchen and clubhouse.What You BringWe're looking for a dedicated, skilled culinary professional.
