Responsibilities Provide direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy. Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans. Identify and address patient concerns; build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes for patients. Qualifications Current licensure or certification required by state regulations. CPR certification. Masters Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
