Occupational Therapist - The Woodlands, TX (Accepting New Grads)

Shift Schedule: Day/Night (Flexible Scheduling) Job Types: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on ADLs, IADLs, mobility, and functional independence.
Provide occupational therapy services across home health and outpatient settings as applicable.
Work with diverse populations, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and individuals with developmental delays or disabilities.
Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and discharge planning.

Qualifications:

Valid state Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
Experience in outpatient, home health, pediatrics, or geriatrics preferred.
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
Ability to adapt therapy techniques to individual patient needs.
