WORK ARRANGEMENT : Hybrid/Remote within Wisconsin.
CLIENT LOCATION : Madison, WI 53705
INTERVIEW PROCESS: Two rounds: the first interview will be virtual, and the second interview will be in person.
DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
The client is seeking an experienced CRM Integration Architect III with deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, MuleSoft integrations, Agentforce solutions, and Amazon Connect platforms. The architect will lead enterprise-scale solution design, integration strategy, cloud architecture, DevSecOps alignment, and customer-engagement transformation initiatives. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, solution governance, and close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce enterprise architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom platform solutions.
- Lead MuleSoft API-led connectivity initiatives, integration architecture, and enterprise data-exchange strategies.
- Design and optimize Amazon Connect contact-center solutions integrated with Salesforce Service Cloud and omnichannel workflows.
- Develop Agentforce-enabled automation and AI-driven customer-engagement strategies.
- Provide architectural oversight for CI/CD, DevSecOps, deployment governance, and environment management.
- Map and transfer legacy-system functions to Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Define integration patterns, security standards, and platform best practices.
- Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and performance-optimization initiatives.
- Document technical architecture, system diagrams, interface specifications, and operational runbooks.
- Guide remote teams and contractors, conduct technical reviews, and mentor team members.
- Participate in backlog grooming and help right-size delivery efforts.
- Serve as a backup for developers and assist with advanced coding issues as required.
- Support release management and DevSecOps pipeline development.
- Guide data decisions and data governance for AI and non-AI applications.
- Contribute to enterprise digital-transformation and customer-engagement modernization initiatives.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 8+ years of Salesforce platform architecture and development experience.
- 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, integration patterns, and the Salesforce security model.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, APIs, RAML, DataWeave, and integration orchestration.
- 8+ years of experience integrating Amazon Connect (AWS Connect) with Salesforce Service Cloud or other customer engagement platforms.
- Knowledge of Agentforce architecture, conversational AI, and automation workflows.
- Experience with DevSecOps tools and practices, including Gearset, Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management, and enterprise integration standards.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership skills.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
- Public-sector or government implementation experience.
- Experience with large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Knowledge of customer service operations and contact-center modernization.
- Experience supporting Agile and DevSecOps delivery methodologies.
- Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA certification.
- Amazon Connect and MuleSoft certifications.
