You’ll join a fast-growing luxury laundry brand that turned an everyday chore into a sensorial ritual: concentrated, plant-based detergents with scents inspired by iconic perfumes and colognes, in recyclable metal packaging instead of plastic. The brand grew up on short-form video — more than 100,000 customers and a 4.8-star average across 40,000+ reviews. We need a Content Creator who is first and foremost a performer . You'll ideate, shoot and star in a high volume of short-form video that runs mainly as paid ads on Meta, TikTok and YouTube. You'll work closely with a creative strategist and editors, and a dedicated social team handles all distribution — so your energy goes where it matters: in front of the camera. Follower count isn't the bar — performance is. If your videos consistently earn views, or your on-camera work has already scaled into paid ads, we want to see it. What You'll Do Perform on camera. Ideate, shoot and star in short-form video, talking about products naturally and convincingly — the way you'd recommend something to a friend. Every format. Skits, UGC-style, street interviews, staged podcasts, lifestyle and product storytelling. Volume, every week. Deliver a high volume of content on a weekly launch cycle, shooting mostly on your phone. Edit when needed. Cut your own pieces when it's faster, working alongside the editing team. Learn from the numbers. Iterate based on ad performance — understand why a piece won, and adjust the next one. New formats. Help build what's next, including YouTube ads and longer commercials. Live events. Attend in-person pop-ups and events in Los Angeles to capture live content. What You Bring On-camera performer: natural and compelling, with acting ability as the #1 requirement. Comedy or improv experience is a strong plus. Proven track record , in one of two ways: Personal content averaging 10K+ views; algorithm track record matters more than follower count. In-house brand or agency experience in on-camera content that scaled into ads. Direct response experience: on-camera ads built around a strong hook and clear call to action Editing skills: CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or similar. High output: thrives in a fast-paced, scrappy environment. Audience fit matters: The company’s core customer is a woman aged 35–55, aspirational and lifestyle-oriented. Content should feel warm and relatable, not Gen Z. Older millennial sensibility preferred. Nice to Have Comedy or improv experience — a strong plus. What Success Looks Like Consistent, high-volume ads that hit performance goals. Winning concepts that scale in paid. The brand develops a recognizable visual style — and you're the face of it. Salary & Benefits Location: Venice, CA — on-site three days a week. Schedule: on-site 3 days a week, with the option to start part-time; the goal is a full-time, long-term position. Salary: $75,000/year base, plus up to ~$20,000 in bonus. Medical, dental, and vision, plus unlimited PTO. The position is immediately available.
