Open Enrollment Specialist (Benefits Support) – $22/hr

About the Role

We’re hiring Open Enrollment Specialists to support clients during their annual benefits enrollment season. In this consultative, appointment-based role , you’ll guide clients through the enrollment process from start to finish—not a traditional call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 30–50 clients during peak season
• Lead client consultations and working sessions via Webex
• Project manage open enrollment from start to finish
• Provide guidance, best practices, and system support
• Spend 6–7 hours/day on scheduled client calls
• Manage your own calendar and client appointments
• Partner with internal teams for issue resolution

Qualifications

Required:

• 1+ year of professional or corporate experience
• Customer service or client-facing OR Human Resources
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Tech-savvy; able to learn new systems quickly
• High School Diploma

Preferred:

• Experience with benefits, payroll, or HR services
• Project or case management experience
• Bachelor’s degree

Schedule & Work Environment

• Hybrid: 1 WFH day during training, up to 2 after
• Training: 6 weeks | 9 AM – 5 PM CST
• Post-training: Start times as early as 7:30 AM CST

This is a Contract position based out of Maitland, FL.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
