Operations Supervisor

Join Voigt's! We are looking for a Full-time dedicated person to Supervise daily operations in our St. Augusta Terminal. Hours: 6:00-3:00pm Monday-Friday, Weekend Flexibility Responsibilities: Reports directly to Region Manager Supervise the Operations Staff in day-to-day duties and support dispatch functions as necessary. Ensure driver pay actuals are correct prior to sending them to Finance Department. Handle escalated issues from drivers, parents and customers. Communicate with Regional Manager on further escalation. Ensure allocations are made in accordance with SOPs. Verify all scheduled Motorcoach charters are in compliance with Hours of Service requirements. Communicate with leadership of any vehicle breakdown or other delays that may cause customer interruption. Ensure Trip Tickets are printed and available for drivers prior to departure. Approve PTO for all drivers. Part of the Weekend/ Afterhours Dispatch rotation. Requirements: 2 years' Experience as Transportation Supervisor CDL not required but preferred 7-day Flexibility Zero Tolerance Substance Abuse Policy Safety is the foundation of everything we do.
