Weekend Registered Nurse - Home Visits

Valley Health at Home by BAYADA is currently seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse, RN for an opportunity to perform home health visits with adult and senior patients. This office works with clients located throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Please note: current / recent experience in a Medicare Home Health setting with OASIS documentation is required for this position. As a home health RN, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home. Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma. At least one year of current or recent hands‑on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med‑surg, sub‑acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).
