Previous real estate experience is a plus, but not required. Administrative, customer service, sales support, or office experience is also valuable.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $100,000+ annually

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

• Convert inbound and outbound real estate leads into qualified appointments , keeping our agents consistently connected with potential buyers and sellers.

• Build genuine relationships with prospective clients by creating trust, rapport, and a positive first impression.

• Identify client needs and connect prospects with the right real estate professional on our team.

• Use EmpowerHome’s proven lead management systems, CRM, scripts, and training to effectively track and nurture opportunities.

• Follow up consistently with prospects to ensure no qualified lead or appointment opportunity is missed .

• Collaborate with agents and leadership to improve lead conversion, appointment-setting strategies, and the overall client experience.

• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and strategy discussions while sharing ideas and best practices.

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to questions, inquiries, and concerns.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead, client, and appointment information in the CRM system .

• Meet and exceed established lead conversion, appointment-setting, and performance goals .

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

• Experience in real estate sales, inside sales, appointment setting, customer service, or a related field.

• Proven ability to convert leads into qualified appointments and consistently meet performance goals.

• Strong track record of building relationships, establishing trust, and creating rapport with prospective clients.

• Experience using CRM systems to manage leads, track follow-ups, and maintain accurate client information.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently connect with prospects by phone and in person.

• Strong listening and relationship-building skills with the ability to identify client needs.

• Ability to work collaboratively with real estate agents, sales leaders, and team members.

• Strong customer service skills with a professional, solutions-focused approach.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple leads and priorities.

• Coachable and growth-minded , with a willingness to learn proven sales systems, scripts, and processes.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and being held accountable for measurable results.
