Role Snapshot

• Deliver residential HVAC service and repair on furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, central A/C, and boilers.
• Diagnose complex issues, prevent breakdowns, and provide transparent repair/replace recommendations.
• Educate customers on financing options and service agreements.
• Use ServiceTitan and an iPad to manage jobs, estimates, invoicing, and performance metrics.

Pay & Benefits

• Base: $25–$50/hr, DOE.
• Incentives: Uncapped performance bonuses—high performers earn $100,000–$200,000+ total compensation.
• Health & Dental: Company-paid with deductibles covered.

• Truck & Gas: Assigned take-home vehicle with gas card; dispatched from home to reduce commute time.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC service experience with proven diagnostic skills.
• Code and safety know-how with strong attention to detail.
• Tech-friendly: iPad proficiency, digital invoicing, ServiceTitan familiarity.
• Excellent homeowner communication and option presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.
• Clear English communication.
• Accountability mindset—track and meet revenue and service goals.

Primary Responsibilities

• Run residential service/repair calls, including complex diagnostics.
• Spot and document potential failures to minimize callbacks.
• Provide clear proposals and guide customers through decisions.
• Measure personal KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

• Regularly: sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop; use hands; hear and speak; climb ladders.
• Work in crawl spaces and hot/cold environments; lift 50+ lbs routinely.
• Vision: close focus and the ability to adjust focus.
• Outdoor work across multiple seasons is common.
