Emergency Medicine Physician

We are currently looking for a committed and highly qualified Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team at various community hospitals in Central Pennsylvania. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a nurturing, patient-centered environment while delivering exceptional emergency care to a diverse range of patients.

As an integral part of our Emergency Department, you will assess and treat individuals facing a variety of acute and life-threatening medical issues. • Deliver comprehensive emergency medical care to patients of all ages.
• Conduct initial assessments, diagnostics, treatments, and stabilization for various medical conditions.
• Work closely with hospital specialists and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain precise and timely medical records in accordance with hospital regulations.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and safety.
• Provide leadership and support to mid-level providers and nursing staff as needed.
• Participate in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as part of the Emergency Department schedule.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine.
• Current, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility for licensure) in Pennsylvania.
• Strong diagnostic and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Capability to manage high patient volumes with confidence and care.
