This position is intended for individuals who have availability between the hours of 5:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Come be a part of building our new restaurant from the ground up! At Chick-fil-A, the Front of House Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Front of House Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Our Front of House team has the opportunity to make our guests' day by delivering our incredible food with great hospitality. Position Type: Full-time and Part-time

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Smile
- Create and Maintain Eye Contact
- Speak Enthusiastically
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:

Most Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
