How You Will Make An Impact

• Enhance platform reliability and scalability to support philanthropy-related functions such as corporate giving and employee donations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elevate data-driven decision-making and streamline reporting workflows.
• Facilitate the transition and migration of employee donation programs to third-party applications with an emphasis on data validation and integration.
• Drive the reduction of manual processes by enhancing data automation and improving Power BI reporting functionalities.
• Contribute to master data improvements and data governance initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with existing data models.

Do you have the expertise to lead in data-driven transformation?

• Minimum of two years of experience in data modeling and reporting, particularly with Power BI.
• Proficient in SQL and experienced in data integration and governance processes.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Preferred experience with philanthropy or grants-related data platforms and familiarity with large-scale data environments.
