It is an all-encompassing role with lots of exposure and visibility, the opportunity to get further exposure and trained on more sophisticated litigation work, and a very collegial/family oriented 9-5 environment. Seeking a defense Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all phases of the litigation process, from initial discovery to trial preparation, trial, post-trial proceedings, and appeals. Responsibilities include managing document production, organizing and maintaining case files, assisting with trial preparation, calendaring deadlines, and handling court filings. Qualifications: Maintain a docket Court filings Legal research Trial prep, tracking of exhibits and trial set-up 2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal NY efiling experience preferred Cite and fact checking legal briefs, confirming Bluebook citations #J-18808-Ljbffr TBG | The Bachrach Group
