Technical Onboarding Specialist # 26-22809

$30-$32 per hour Seattle, WA Contract Duration: 06 months contract Overview Support high-volume onboarding of individual customers onto a SaaS/CRM platform. This role follows a structured onboarding process, guides customers through standard setup and usage steps, answers common questions, and ensures customers complete onboarding efficiently and on time. Responsibilities: Guide individual customers through structured onboarding sessions. Walk customers through standard account setup, user activation, system connections, workflows, and other required onboarding steps. Help customers understand and use available resources and the out-of-the-box platform experience. Answer standard technical and onboarding questions and identify issues that require escalation. Keep customers accountable to agreed timelines and onboarding milestones. Manage a high-volume book of accounts across different stages of onboarding. Maintain accurate notes, status updates, milestones, and follow-up actions. Conduct live customer conversations by phone and video, maintaining a professional presence. Complete onboarding checklists accurately and efficiently. Coordinate clear handoffs to Customer Success. Follow established processes and identify opportunities to improve consistency and efficiency. Must-Have Skills 2+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, customer success, customer support, technical support, CRM support, or a related role. Experience working directly with customers in a structured or process-driven environment. Follow Up Boss or other CRM experience. Salesforce or Gainsight experience. Strong verbal communication and ability to build customer connections quickly. Confident, professional customer presence in phone and video interactions. Strong organization, attention to detail, responsiveness, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and work to defined timelines. Comfortable following standardized processes, checklists, SOPs, and escalation procedures. Ability to explain basic technical concepts clearly to customers. Desired Skills Real estate or real-estate technology experience. SaaS onboarding or implementation experience. Exposure to CRM workflows, automations, integrations, or troubleshooting. High-volume customer support or call-center experience. Experience working in a remote, fast-paced customer environment.
