• 7+ years in Data Center application engineering, solution proposal or solution consulting OR
• 7+ years in Data Center Facility Management Leadership AND 3+ years designing building systems in Data-centers
• Strong expertise in Data Center building systems, controls, and integration technologies
• Proven ability to translate customer and guest experience needs into technical solutions
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred

• Lead the design of reference architectures for integrated building systems in Data Centers
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, clearly documented solution designs
• Recommend optimal system architectures aligned with guest comfort and operational efficiency
• Lead technical discovery sessions to identify customer challenges and goals
• Provide technical leadership in pre-sales engagements
