Position Summary:
Will need to be able to provide help in different areas/departments depending on daily needs.
PrideStaff is seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Laborers, a locally owned leader in promotional products, embroidery, and screen printing. This position plays an essential role in supporting warehouse operations by preparing orders, handling inventory, organizing materials, and assisting with shipping and receiving. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality work.

Essential Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory and materials.
• Label, sort, and stage products for production and shipping.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize warehouse storage areas.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed (training provided if applicable).
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with production, shipping, embroidery, and screen-printing departments to meet customer deadlines.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, order picking, or material handling experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Bend, stoop, reach, and twist throughout the workday.
  • Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $15.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
