Medical Assistant - Outpatient

Schedule

Weekends required: No

On-call: No

Assignment Details

Shift type: Days
Contract length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed hours: Minimum 3 shifts per 13 weeks

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience required
Travel experience required
BLS certification required
Familiarity with Epic EMR
Experience with adult outpatient clinic workflows
Experience with breast-related follow-ups and minor procedural support preferred

Responsibilities

Rooming patients and obtaining vitals
Performing venipuncture and specimen labeling
Conducting telephone triage and scheduling appointments
Stocking supplies and preparing charts
Assisting in minor procedural support and maintaining aseptic setup

Compliance / Notes

Max 7 days of Requested Time Off (RTO) allowed at submission. No new RTO after offer. All documentation due 2 Fridays before start date.
