Position Summary


We are looking for an experienced AI SDLC Generative AI Expert to transform the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by integrating Generative AI across engineering, DevOps, and Omni Commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Knowledge Graphs, AI Agents, and enterprise eCommerce systems , enabling organizations to accelerate software delivery, improve code quality, and enhance developer productivity.


You will design and implement AI-powered development workflows, intelligent knowledge retrieval systems, and enterprise AI solutions that automate software engineering processes from requirements gathering through deployment.


Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered SDLC solutions to automate software design, coding, testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance.
• Build enterprise-grade Generative AI applications using modern Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for engineering knowledge, product documentation, APIs, and code repositories.
• Design and implement Knowledge Graphs to improve contextual reasoning, semantic search, and AI-assisted decision making.
• Integrate AI capabilities into Omni Commerce and eCommerce platforms to enhance developer productivity and customer experiences.
• Develop AI-powered coding assistants, code review automation, test generation, and documentation workflows.
• Collaborate with software engineering, architecture, DevOps, product, and platform teams to embed AI throughout the SDLC.
• Design scalable prompt engineering strategies, AI evaluation frameworks, and enterprise governance.
• Optimize AI model performance, latency, accuracy, and operational cost.
• Establish AI best practices, security, compliance, and responsible AI standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years focused on Generative AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of modern Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Hands-on experience building enterprise Generative AI applications.
• Experience implementing RAG architectures using enterprise knowledge repositories.
• Strong understanding of Knowledge Graphs and semantic search technologies.
• Experience supporting Omni Commerce or large-scale eCommerce platforms.
• Strong programming experience using Python and modern API frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI into CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and system design skills.
