Mechanical Lead engineer | HVAC | DFM

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
12+ years of experience in mechanical product design and development.
Strong proficiency in SolidWorks for complex 3D modeling, assemblies, and design documentation.
Experience with HVAC products such as CRAH, CRAC, AHU, Fan Wall, or other thermal management systems.

Strong knowledge of sheet metal design, structural assemblies, manufacturing processes, product lifecycle
management, and engineering documentation.
Proven experience in NPD, product architecture development, DFM/DFA, DFMEA, PFMEA, engineering
change management (ECN/ECR), and validation activities.
Experience in design verification, product testing, qualification processes, and root cause analysis.
Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and customer-facing communication skills.
Experience leading and mentoring distributed engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to CFD and FEA analysis.
Experience with VAVE, cost optimization, and product standardization initiatives.
Knowledge of HVAC industry standards, qualification protocols, testing methodologies, and certification
requirements.
Experience working directly with global customers and offshore engineering delivery models.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, PLM/PDM systems, and engineering change management processes.
