Design, fabricate and install various ducts and duct fittings as required. Receive, verify and load all equipment and materials needed for each job. Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co‑workers and superiors. Properly complete all paperwork required for each job. Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle. Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Mentor an apprentice to aid in the growth of their skillset. General Responsibilities Perform all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner. Perform other related duties as assigned or as necessary; remain flexible and adaptable in work schedules and assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs. Represent Sila in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity and respect for others. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 70lbs, stand, bend, stoop, reach and travel to locations. Qualifications 3 or more years’ HVAC installation experience. High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to be flexible in work schedule. Valid, clean driver’s license. Must have the ability to multi‑task. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must possess knowledge of HVAC systems. Must have own hand and power tools. Skills and Abilities Knowledge of safety rules and requirements. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
