The Hotel Operations Coordinator for both the Winter the Beach Club Resort and the Hampton Inn Clearwater, managed by McKibbon Hospitality, is a diverse and dynamic position. The Hotel Operations Coordinator supports various aspects of hotel management including operations, marketing, sales, communications, and ecommerce. With McKibbon Hospitality managing around 105 hotels, primarily in the southeast, there is plenty of potential for career growth and advancement. Day in the Life: Review all postings in property internal communications system, Quore to ensure accuracy and prioritize tasks as needed. Respond to all guest reviews and keep Medallia and SALTup to date for both properties on the following platforms: TripAdvisor, Google Business, Expedia Partner Portal, Booking.com, Agoda, Choice Website Respond to all Guest Messages and comments in a timely manner on all 3rd party accounts, Expedia Portal & Booking.com Additional operation duties included but not limited to accounts payable and receivable, assist housekeeping and front desk during peak times and ensuring guest requests are fulfilled You will be required to cover shifts including Front desk, Parking and inspecting rooms. Assist in any necessary signage or collateral: No Smoking Signs, Guest Directional Signs, Front Desk Needs (Amenity Cards, TripAdvisor Cards, Misc. Signage) Update digital signage in the Hampton and Winter Lobby as well as channel insertion in guest rooms: Holiday Hours, Welcoming In-House Groups, CMA current events, Hotel Rules and Policies Assist Engineering Department with various projects including but not limited to: Creating and organizing emergency shut off documents, sourcing products when necessary, such as snap-in elevator signage, parking sign holders, etc. Attend weekly revenue calls to stay up to date on rates and strategy Create guest amenities and welcome cards, distribute and track gift certificates for Winter’s Beach Club and Hampton Inn Ensure McKibbon Marketing team is receiving updates regarding staff, holidays, awards, property events, & charity events Post current CMA collateral Coordinate with Mckibbon marketing and social media manager for content uploads Assist in planning staff events - Housekeeping Week, Team Appreciation Week, birthdays, welcoming H2B employees, etc. Assist sales team when needed, prospecting calls, sales blitzes Assist in preparation and execution of Groups and Meetings when needed Responsibility for accuracy on OTA sites resulting in content scores of 100%. Includes: photos, amenity information, etc. Review monthly content calendarand keep hotel staff engaged Update In-Room Channel Insertion when needed Requirements: Bilingual preferred 2-4 years of previous administrative experience Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as analytical and problem solving skills preferred A self-starter with the ability to work as an individual as well as part of a team Strong computer acumen including Microsoft Office products Ideal Skills & Qualities: Knowledge of hotel operations High-energy, self-motivated with a desire to excel in a multi-stakeholder environment Willingness to go above and beyond what is requested Perks & Benefits Beyond the Basics: We know that hospitality starts from within, and that’s why we value the employee experience as much as we value our guests’ experience.
