Senior Accountant
$32 - $45 per hourAxelon
Pay Rate: $32 - $45 per hour Summary:
- Duration: 6 Months
- Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days/week on-site, Wednesdays required; flexibility available. Option for 5 days on-site with a dedicated workspace.)
- Monday through Friday work schedule
- Opportunity for career growth
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of Division/Region financial statements and information reported to internal and external users.
- Supervise accurate financial and statistical close processes, including general ledger account reconciliations and other analyses within established timelines.
- Manage significant sales, COS, and OPEX accruals not based on standard reports/calculations.
- Handle localized accounting topics, including real estate and personal property taxes.
- Prepare and post journal entries, conduct technical accounting research, and fulfill internal/external audit requests.
- Liaison with ALABS shared services, including accounts payable, cash applications, central billing, vendor chargebacks, general ledger accounting, and fixed asset functions.
- Ability to build effective relationships with all levels of associates within the organization.
