Manufacturing Associate

Direct hire opportunity with American Tank & Fabrication (AT&F). Pay: Starting at $22$25/hr (most start at $23$24). Shift options include 1st shift MondayFriday, 7:00am3:30pm, overtime before shift; 2nd shift MondayThursday, 3:30pm2:00am with a $2.00 shift premium, overtime on Fridays; weekend shift (1st shift) FridaySunday, 6:00am6:00pm, work 36 hours, get paid for 40, additional OT available. Were hiring motivated, hands-on individuals to join the Forming Team at AT&F, where youll help build components for some of the largest, most advanced equipment in the worldincluding projects that support the U.S. Navys submarine program. This is a direct hire opportunity with long-term growth, strong pay, and a team-first culture.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Work with large-scale press brakes and rolling equipment
• Assist in forming heavy steel components for major industrial and defense projects
• Use tools like hand grinders and measuring equipment
• Read and learn blueprints and specifications
• Operate in a team-driven, high-performance manufacturing environment

Skills That Set You Up for Success:

• Comfortable with basic math and fractions
• Able to read a tape measure accurately (down to 1/16)
• Interested in learning blueprint reading
• Comfortable working in a heavy manufacturing environment
• Hot in summer / cooler in winter
• Material moved by overhead cranes (not manual lifting)
• Experience in press brake, CNC, or metal fabrication is a plusbut not required.
