Senior SEO Specialist (Client Facing)

Key Responsibilities Execute and plan monthly SEO strategies for clients. Migrate Client websites to WordPress Configure schema, CDN and page speed Complete deep SEO audits and make improvements on our client's websites Communicate with clients weekly/monthly through meetings Manage and coordinate a team of writers, QA’s and Admins, ensuring content quality and SEO. Regularly report on SEO performance, marketing attribution and client progress. Onboard clients and improve their WordPress websites. Solve at-risk client campaigns and troubleshoot technical issues Work with developers Experience and Qualifications 5 - 10 years of senior experience in SEO and digital marketing. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, WordPress, and various WordPress plugins. High-level experience in technical WordPress aspects, with some design experience preferred. Knowledge in both off-page and on-page SEO techniques. Basic experience in WordPress development and code Team Structure Report directly to the CEO and Operations Manager. Oversee and coordinate a team comprising 5 writers and a marketing assistant. Goals and Objectives Drive consistent growth in clients' businesses through organic traffic, improved search rankings, and increased conversions. Focus on expanding client business and ensuring their satisfaction and success. Tools and Technologies Proficiency required in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, Bing Ads, Yelp Ads, WordPress, and various WordPress plugins. Reporting and Communication Regular communication with the CEO and Operations Manager through daily check-ins, weekly team updates, and monthly comprehensive reports. Write and send monthly work completion emails to clients and report small wins as they occur. Budget and Resources Will be supported by a team of 2 writers and a marketing assistant. Work Arrangement This is a fully remote position, allowing flexibility in work location and schedule. Requires a personal setup with fast internet; responsible for personal tax arrangements.
