Medical Front Desk Associate (Full-Time) Key Competencies Initiating Action: Taking prompt action to accomplish objectives; taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required; being proactive. Customer Focus: Effectively meeting customer needs, building productive customer relationships, taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty. Planning and Organizing: Establishing courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently. Building Trust: Interacting with others in a way that gives them confidence in one’s intentions and those of the organization. Qualifications 1+ year of medical office experience: preferred with patient registration and check-in/check-out. Self-starter: must adapt to departmental changes when necessary. Communication: must be able to discuss treatment and financial obligations with patients. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Strong computer skills and customer service pertinent.
