We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to work 3rd shift in our Elkhart, IN facility who takes pride in keeping equipment operating at peak performance and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Compensation

Compensation is $29.00 to $32.00 per hour, based on experience , and includes eligibility for a $1.50 per hour third-shift differential .

Work Schedule

3rd Shift | Monday - Friday | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Perform electrical, electronic, and mechanical maintenance on production and auxiliary equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to restore it to "as-built" condition
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to established schedules
• Monitor machine performance and assist in developing preventive maintenance programs
• Support machine modifications and continuous improvement projects
• Ensure equipment complies with quality system procedures and work instructions
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, National Electrical Code (NEC), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and company safety requirements
• Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating across departments

What You Bring

• High School Diploma and three (3) years of industrial maintenance experience, OR Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Electronics, or a related field
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and electronic test equipment
• Ability to read mechanical drawing and electrical schematics.
• Understanding of digital and analog servo systems
• Experience servicing electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Knowledge of soldering, ARC welding, and MIG welding
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and interact effectively with a variety of people
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to operate motorized vehicles, including forklifts and elevated work platforms
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety, including LOTO procedures and PPE usage
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift more than 50 lbs.
• Ability to move freely throughout manufacturing plants, facilities, and grounds
