Weekend RN SupervisorWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to serve as a Weekend RN Supervisor at Sippican Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a renowned healthcare provider in Marion, MA. As a Weekend RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care, supervising nursing personnel, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.Primary Responsibilities:Direct, evaluate, and supervise all resident care, initiating corrective action as necessaryMake resident rounds with a report to the Director of Nursing ServiceConduct quality assurance and continuous quality improvement monitoringEstablish open lines of communication between all nursing personnel, consistently taking follow-up action as necessaryCounsel and discipline nursing personnel and recommend personnel action to the Director of Nursing Service as necessaryReview residents admitted, comparing physician orders with each resident's plan of care to assure appropriate implementationPerform basic nursing skills with knowledge and competenceCollaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomesRequirements:Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in MassachusettsMust possess a minimum of a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or graduate from an approved RN programMinimum 1 year of experience as a licensed nurse (LPN or RN) in a skilled nursing facilityAbility to read, write, speak, and understand the English languageKnowledge and understanding of nursing and medical practices, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilitiesBasic computer knowledge and ability to relay information concerning patient conditionsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff membersWhat We Offer:Competitive pay ($40 - $50 HOURLY)Opportunity to work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionalsMedical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employeesIf you are a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a new challenge, please apply to this exciting Weekend RN Supervisor opportunity.
