What You'll Do

Provide nursing care under the supervision of an RN, physician, or authorized healthcare provider. Participate in developing, implementing, and updating resident care plans. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Monitor resident health and report changes in condition. Collaborate with nurses, physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records. Follow infection control and safety procedures. Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.

What You'll Need

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Washington State. Understanding of state and federal regulations governing long-term care. Knowledge of infection control practices and procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Recent clinical experience, education, or specialty skills in geriatrics preferred. Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings.
