Crane Operator

Bilingual Mobile Crane Operator (English/Spanish)

ACH Crane Service is a growing crane rental company serving Northern New Jersey. We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and safety-focused Mobile Crane Operator to join our team full-time. This position requires someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish, as you will be communicating with customers, contractors, and Spanish-speaking ground crews throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate hydraulic truck cranes on commercial and residential job sites.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
• Set up cranes safely, including proper outrigger placement and job site preparation.
• Read and understand lift plans and follow OSHA, ANSI, and company safety procedures.
• Work closely with customers, signal persons, and ground crews to complete lifts safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at every job site.
• Assist in keeping equipment clean and well-maintained.
• Complete required paperwork and inspection reports.

Minimum Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (Required).
• NCCCO certification or equivalent nationally recognized crane operator certification.
• Valid CDL Class A or B (preferred).
• Experience operating hydraulic truck cranes.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

• Grove
• Boom trucks
• Tree removal projects
• HVAC lifts
• Steel erection
• Precast concrete
• Roofing material lifts
• Machinery moving
