We're partnering with an established fashion accessories company that designs and distributes well-known licensed brands to major retailers across North America. As the business continues to grow, they're adding two Sales Associates to support either the full-price or off-price handbag division.

This is a highly visible role that works closely with sales, operations, merchandising, and customer service to keep key retail accounts running smoothly. Responsibilities

• Support major retail accounts by serving as a key day-to-day contact for customers.
• Coordinate purchase orders, order tracking, and follow-up to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews using Excel.
• Partner with operations, merchandising, and customer service to resolve account needs.
• Monitor inventory and sales trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Assist with customer presentations, market appointments, and seasonal meetings.

Requirements

• 35 years of wholesale account management, sales support, or merchandising experience within fashion accessories, handbags, travel goods, or licensed consumer products.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience supporting large retail accounts with purchase orders, inventory management, and sales reporting.
• Experience working with department stores, off-price retailers, specialty stores, or e-commerce accounts.
• Background supporting licensed brands or fashion accessories.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and seasonal deadlines.
