Large Press Setup Operator

Twin City Staffing is hiring an expert large press setup operator for a premier direct hire opportunity in the Saint Paul area! Location: Saint Paul, MN
Wage: $35.00 $45.00/hr.
Hours: Monday Thursday: 6:00 AM 3:30 PM | Friday: 6:00 AM 12:00 PM

Duties of the large press setup operator:
- Set up and operate complex tooling including draws, forms, and progressives
- Perform root cause analysis on die/press issues and coordinate repairs
- Use calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to verify specifications
- Conduct quality inspections to identify and label material defects
- Train and mentor junior level I and II set-up operators
Requirements of the large press setup operator:
- 2+ years of experience in metal fabrication or press operation
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical blueprints
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is a plus
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long shifts
