Digital Operations, Associate Tester

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Digital Operations Associate Tester to support quality assurance for decentralized clinical research platforms and applications. The role involves test planning, execution, documentation, and collaboration with digital and business teams to ensure reliable solutions for life-science operations.

Responsibilities

• Review technical requirements and analyze testing approach for deployed projects
• Attend design meetings to understand technology requirements and prepare testing solutions
• Lead test planning, documentation, execution, error reporting, and verification
• Conduct regression testing and support existing business applications per control guidelines
• Collaborate with digital and business test groups on quality and acceptance testing

Requirements

• High school diploma with five years relevant work experience
• System testing experience with digital technology, preferably eCOA
• Working knowledge of JIRA, SDLC, and AI platforms preferred
• Clinical trial experience preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking and ability to learn quickly
