Lead Data Center Facilities Engineer

STN, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Engineering Lead in Odessa, TX to provide technical leadership for critical data center infrastructure, including electrical distribution, UPS, generators, cooling, and BMS/EPMS systems. You will drive reliability, maintenance strategy, and project execution. The role requires 7+ years in critical facilities and 3+ years leading teams, with PE or CDCP/CDCM preferred.
