Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to provide advanced critical care to patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate nursing care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain comprehensive records.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations with appropriate interventions.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least one year of critical care or ICU experience.
• Valid and current RN license in the state of practice.
• PALS certification required prior to or upon employment start.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills.
