Your Key Responsibilities Lead the development, steering, and implementation of the HR/People Strategy Design and implement the HR Operating Model in alignment with business strategy and organizational needs Manage the strategic HR project portfolio and ensure effective prioritization and execution Lead and contribute to strategic HR projects across the Schaeffler Group Drive the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the HR strategy area Lead and coordinate the HR workstream in corporate M&A activities Act as a trusted strategic advisor and sparring partner for the CHRO and senior stakeholders Your Qualifications University degree or equivalent qualification Extensive professional experience in a senior HR management role, combination of HR line management and HR consulting experience preferred Proven experience in HR Strategy, HR transformation, and project management Experience in HR Operating Model design and implementation Strong management capability in a global matrix organization Strong interpersonal, integrative, and communication skills Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in an international environment Visionary Mindset: Strong ability to connect business goals with innovative people strategies and structural operating models Very good command of English; additional languages are an advantage Flexible working time models as well as attractive compensation A wide range of development opportunities through the Schaeffler Academy Recognition of your creativity and ideas, e.g. through the Schaeffler Awards and idea management Health and sports offerings, e.g. via the Schaeffler Health Coach app Building up additional retirement benefits as part of the company pension scheme Many other employee benefits, including through Corporate Benefits As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
