ACT is an innovative, evidence‑based outpatient program serving adults with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI). In this role, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary, community‑based team to provide comprehensive, person‑centered care. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating services to support client recovery and stability. The ACT program is highly team oriented, so our ideal candidate values a collaborative approach to care and has excellent communication and clinical skills. Requirements Must hold an independent Iowa alcohol and drug counselor certification (CADC, IADC, or IAADC) or an equivalent certification from another state AND have at least three years of experience providing treatment to individuals with substance abuse disorders This position requires travel, so a valid driver’s license is required Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required Seasons Center for Behavioral Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
