Clinical Call Center CoordinatorOur client, a leading Insurance Company is looking for a Clinical Call Center Coordinator for an initial duration of 02 Months Contract – Remote Role. Position Type: Hourly Contract Position (W2 only).Job Schedule: Monday - Friday anywhere from 8am to 8pm ET. Must work east coast hours. Pay rate is $17/hr. Must have experience with inbound and outbound call center. HEDIS background a plus.Job Description Clinical Call Center Coordinator Essential Functions:Responsible for facilitating the scheduling of appointments for members with the use of effective communication, technology, and customer service skillsResponsible for informing members regarding the program benefitsCollaborate with internal call center and HEDIS team regarding workflow process improvement, document management, and abstraction educationOther duties, as assignedJob Specifications Typically has the following skills or abilities:1-3 years of call center experienceExcellent oral and writing skillsCritical thinking skillsMust be organized with the ability to keep accurate notes and recordsDemonstrated ability to articulate goals, plan and implement processes, and meet deadlinesGood analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve creatively, objectively, and rapidlyExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsOperational knowledge of managed care or healthcare plans, team members, and clinical staffAbility to work in a time-sensitive environmentProficient with computers, including Microsoft Office and data management systemsEnglish and Spanish bilingualPreferred Skills:Experience with HEDIS activity coordination and working with Managed, Acute, Provider Care environmentNCQA and HEDIS experienceCompensation: The hourly rate for this position is between $15-$17 per hour.
