This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.Pay Rate & Schedule:$19.50/hourMonday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMFriday: Overtime as neededMust be available for weekends and additional overtime as requiredJob Duties & Responsibilities:Assemble components and products according to specifications and production schedulesOperate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficientlyMust be able to read a tape measure.Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracyFollow detailed work instructions and standard operating proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaCollaborate with team members and communicate issues or improvements to supervisorsPrevious assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to read and follow instructions and blueprintsStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsBasic math and computer skills plusReliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environmentReliable Transportation Required – Bus Line Route.Apply today & Call our office for an interview!
