As a Registered Nurse with Eagle Pointe, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a comfortable, homelike environment for our residents.Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as ordered by physiciansDevelop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team membersMonitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to physicians and other healthcare professionalsCommunicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and patient satisfactionParticipate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfactionDemonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care, empathy, and compassion in all interactionsAbout the Role:As a Registered Nurse with Eagle Pointe, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, patient-focused environment that values teamwork, respect, and open communication.
