Crna Locum Coverage

Pen Bay Medical Center is looking for CRNA locum coverage for one full time position. Start date: between 1/6 and 2/10 Monday-Thursday (10-hour days). Supervised by anesthesiologist. Setting: inpatient only. Case types: bread and butter. There will be no neurosurgery, cadiac, lung, spine, cath lab, EP lab, OB, tubes, dental, and trauma cases. Two CRNAs to one anesthesiologist. Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days. EMR: Epic.

Additional information: How often peds are done and are the peds T&A, tubes or dental? Some teens and not very common no on tubes or dental. How many deliveries a year? None.

Rates to submit: malpractice - must be included in the rates. Orientation - per hour of orientation or training. Hourly - rate cap - per hour up to 10 hours a day. Overtime - per hour for any hour beyond 10 hours a day. Corresponding holiday rates. Conversion fee - k rate cap.

Active ME license or IMLC/Compact - required. List availability - required. Must indicate how proficient candidate is with EPIC - required to note.
