Analyzes and documents the result of any trainingMaintains and submits evaluation, treatment and billing documentation in the format and timelines required by the Company, facility, funding source, local, state, and federal regulationsAdheres to standards of the Company's Code of Business Conduct, policies, HIPAA and Corporate Compliance programs and appropriate professional practice standards and applicable state/federal lawsOther duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum of Bachelor's degree in Music TherapyMaintains current license as Music Therapist, if required by state of practiceMaintains state license as Music or Music Therapist - Board Certified (MT-BC) by the Certification Board for Music Therapy (CBMT), depending on state requirementsKnowledge of the various appropriate music therapy activities used for the therapeutic treatment of individuals with neurologic disordersPrevious post graduate work experience as music therapist is preferredDemonstrates effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsCurrent BLS (Basic Life Support) or CPR certification in accordance state regulationsHas reliable transportation and is able to travel to/from multiple assignments/locations dailySalary Range: USD $45.00 - $51.00 / Hour
