Overview At Panera Bread, the Restaurant Team Member brings warmth, care, and joy to every guest interaction. The role supports the bakery‑cafe’s growth by delivering food, maintaining a clean environment, and creating meaningful experiences. Responsibilities Execute duties in designated areas: Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc. Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Assist guests in entry, cashier, and dining areas while staying on the move. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food‑safety standards and cleaning protocols. Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude. Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.
