Job Title: Store Operations Specialist (IT Help Desk) Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (Hybrid) Job Summary: We are recruiting for a Store Operations Specialist (IT Help Desk) opportunity with a company that needs strong support at the intersection of store operations and IT systems. Our team is looking to highlight a Store Operations Specialist (IT Help Desk) opportunity where the selected candidate will help support store-facing systems, evaluate business needs, and contribute to operational improvements across cross‑functional projects. Responsibilities Support store associates, management, and field management with procedural and technical issues related to store systems. Collaborate with IT and Store/Field Operations teams on system projects, assessments, design, development, pilot, implementation, and evaluation. Prepare and present data, information, and business cases to support operational decisions and ongoing project discussions. Complete end user testing, support right sizing of IT assets and hardware, and conduct onsite store assessments as needed. Requirements 5–8 years of experience in retail management or a technology/systems background. Experience providing problem solving, procedural, and technical support for store systems, including POS, Cash Office, Inventory Management, Markdowns, and other Back Office systems. Intermediate level Excel and PowerPoint experience. Experience with Power BI dashboards and Canva. Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with onsite presence in Framingham, Massachusetts. #J-18808-Ljbffr SSi People
