Job Title: Groundskeeper

We are seeking a reliable Groundskeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming campus environment. This role includes general cleaning and light groundskeeping across dorms, academic buildings, athletic facilities, and outdoor areas.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor and campus areas
• Perform general cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc.)
• Follow safety and cleaning procedures
• Support basic groundskeeping duties
• Work assigned shifts reliably

Requirements:

• Ability to perform custodial and general labor tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable with a solid work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions
• No experience, education, or certifications required

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bowling Green, KY.

The pay range for this position is $13.72 - $13.72/hr.
